1.	Organization Capability
 	Understand the job analysis with key business process know-how and enable to consolidate the critical annual manpower plan
 	Familiar with the major KPI contents and willing explore the industry trend
 	In line with the relevant departmental performance management to build up / improve the key position's performance structure with line managers together
 	Enable to involve the preparation & implementation & follow-up for the organization optimization / restructure
2.	Talent Management
 	Enable acquire local, returnee and foreign qualified teachers to support the pipeline establishment upon understanding of local job market & synergy of cooperating with other schools of Weiming Education Group.
 	Understand the Talent Management know-how & tools, and enable to identify the talent of middle level or below  upon performance management system and Core Leadership & Functional Competency models
 	Responsible for introducing the career dialogue process with line manager together for relevant talent / talent candidate
 	Contribute personal independent advice for talent calibration and succession planning as well as individual development plan preparation
3.	HR Infrastructure Excellence
 	Implement HR policies to ensure legislation & compliance in Company policies / guidelines 
 	Implement HR KPIs for Staffing, Recruitment, C&B and Training by teamwork
 	Build rapport and interact effectively with employees at all levels in client groups, understand their needs, backgrounds and cultures to obtain their integration into the organization
 	Liaise with external clients/supplier (labor agents, search forms, etc.) to strengthen the reliable relationship.
4.	Critical Project
 	Support Employee Engagement Survey
 	Support Remuneration Survey
 	Support Training Program design and follow-up

Relevant Experience
