  职位描述
   
  
  
1.         Implement & communicate HR policies in DC, including disciplinary, OT, presence & leaves policies, etc; and timely give feedback to regional/national HR for policy review and update;
2.         Establish DC staffing plan with DC mgmt to ensure business be equipped with qualified people resource in a timely manner;
- Setting up DC structure and finish full set of JDs for DC positions with qualifications, etc
- With DC mgmt, make relative accurate estimate manpower plan according to yearly working schedule;
- Organize recruitment activities and closely follow progress
3.         Coordinate DC staff C&B administration with C&B team to ensure its accuracy and efficiency
- Propose DC job matrix (with qualification) with salary range
- DC Labor cost follow and control
- Monitor DC staff movement 
4.         Handle Employees relationship, working as HR representative in DC to handle disciplinary issues, take & advise preventive actions to avoid any labor related risks, organize staff activities and events to energize DC working environment and raise morale.
5.         Coordinate Training & development in DC, including new employee induction, training needs analysis, coordinate and organize some specific training as needed (folklift training, etc)
6.         Give facilitation in performance review & management to DC managers
7.         HR reporting & Analysis

1.       Bachelor degree above, with at least 3 years relevant experience at management level in multinational companies
2.       Strong communication skills with quick and effective implementation abilities (result-oriented)
3.       Strong sense of responsibility, team working & service oriented
4.       Good planning & prioritizing ability
