Establish and follow up the budget for expenditures and investments related to the various technical projects. ? Make sure that all Norms & Standards used in the department are up to date. ? Assistant the Process, Quality and Production Departments during the industrialization phase; draft the final product specification, product datasheet, method statements and assembly or operating instructions, and raw material specifications. ? Investigate performance issues of existing products; search for root causes and propose solutions. ? Knowledge search on technologies that the company wishes to develop. ? Investigate and evaluate patent protection of competitors and assess strength and weaknesses of their products. ? Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and

? Bachelor degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering ? 5 years of experience in using Finite Element analysis or product development in Construction, metal or steel products or experienced in engineering consultancy company ? Solid Works, AutoCAD and Excel (required) ? Understand various construction techniques and able to propose proper application of company's products to customer. ? Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
