--- Plans and designs methods to improve efficiency in production. --- Assures compliance with approved methods and quality standards. --- Leads indirectly the work PVD Engineer, Paint Engineer regarding the production arrangements and critical decisions, and directly the production shift leader and workers. --- Responsible to plan and accomplish goals within the shift. --- Report to Senior Production Supervisor.

1, Bachelor or above majored in Chemical, Mechanical engineering or related fields; 2, At least four years production management experiences in foreign-owned manufacturing plant, in PVD coating/UV painting related fields is most preferred; or preferable consumer electronics or plastics; Familiar with ISO 9000/2000 procedures or 5S or 6-Sigma. 3, Strong leadership, collaboration and management skills; 4, Good command of computer skills and good command of English is preferred; 5, Willing to work by shifts and able to work under pressure.
