1. Schedule, lead and facilitate CI projects; 2. Coordinate CI activities with site management to ensure organization alignment with strategic deployment objectives; 3. Coach employees in the daily use and implementation of LEAN Six Sigma principles as well as Continuous Improvement Concept; 4. Audit, monitor and sustain the health of the plant CI culture by utilizing a scoring system, gap analysis and countermeasures; 5 Regular report & track the status of plant CI activities, cost savings, training, certifications and events; 6. Provide CI training for all employees in the plant.

1. At least bachelor degree; 2. Demonstrated CI/Lean manufacturing experience (VSM, 5S, CI, SMED & TPM, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Std. Work, Kanban & Pull systems, 3P, Poke Yoke); 3. More than 5 work experience in Project management and related manufacturing experience and/or training 4. Good interpersonal communication ,and strong leadership and facilitation skills; 5. Six Sigma experience or certification, Lean Certification and CQE Certification preferred. 6. Good at English in reading,writing and general speaking.
