- Lead a team for sourcing projects. - Responsible for sourcing, supplier evaluation, development and qualification. - Price negotiation to ensure the market best service.Cost analysis, audit factory's quotation, as well as submitting for Head office's approval, improve business by developing sourcing and pricing. - Follow up quoting, sampling, order executing and mass production;provide suggestions to solve the problem and bottlenecks to make sure on-time delivery of sample and shipment. - Properly interpret enquiry requirements, drawings and clear instructionto suppliers. - Work closely with quality manager to ensure proper quality control at factories. - Monitor assistant's working performance by daily base.Train and evaluate her ability and performance periodically.

- Bachelor degree or above. Min 5 year relevant working experience and at least 3 years as manager - Working experience in buying office is a must - With experience in hard line products exported to US and Europe - Knowledge of a wide range of products and manufacturing processes - Strong leadership, good team-spirit and interpersonal - Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
