职位描述
1. 完成《工作评估及主要表现指标制定方案》中的目标。 Finish the tasks in \\\"Appraisal and KPIs Measurement Plan\\\". 2. 与设备运营总经理和全球设备业务经理密切合作，开发和设计新的设备，捕捉市场的增长机会。 Work closely with the General Manager of Equipment Operation and Global Equipment Business Manager to develop and design new equipment, capturing the growth opportunity of the market. 3. 建立并领导电气和机械设计工程团队，与其他部门紧密合作，提供客户需求。 Build up and lead the team of design and engineering(electrical and mechanical),work closely with other departments to deliver customer needs. 4. 了解市场和客户需求，因应本地市场印刷电路板电镀行业差异性的应用，积极参与开发和设计新的设备。Understand market and customer needs, actively engage in develop and design new equipment for different applications in PCB electroplating industry for local market. 5. 经管理层批准后，促进新产品和新工艺的开发，并伴随它们通过资质和产品的投放阶段。 After approval by Management, facilitate the development of new products and processes as well as accompanying them through to the qualification and product launch stages. 6. 确保负责领域的了解和保密。 Ensuring know- how and confidentiality in the area of responsibility. 7. 公司及上级交办的其它事项。 Other tasks arranged by company or superior. 1. 工作任务完成率不低于98%。 Task completion rate≥98%. 2. 项目图纸，BOM完成及时率不低于98% Promptness rate of project drawing and BOM making≥ 98%。 3. 项目图纸，BOM的准确率不低于98%.. Accuracy of project drawing and BOM making≥98%. 4.提出改进与优化，标准产品电气成本降低不低于8%。 Put forward improvement and optimisation proposals; reduce the standard cost ≥8%。 5.HESQ和5S检查不符合项小于3项 Nonconformities of HESQ and 5S<3.
招聘要求
? 从概念到最终产品建立新设备的良好记录。 Many years experience and good track record of building new equipment from concept to final product. ? 有自动化设备设计或印刷电路板设备设计或湿化学工艺设计的经验。有电镀行业工作经验和知识者优先。 Solid experience in automation equipment and PCB equipment design or wet chemical process design. Experience and knowledge in electroplating industry highly absolutely required. ? 熟悉跨国公司工作氛围。有欧洲（如德国、北欧等国家）企业文化经验者优先。 Familiar with multinational company environment. Exposure to European (German, North European countries, etc.) culture highly preferred. Educational Qualifications 教育背景 ? 硕士以上学历。 Master degree or above. ? 机械和电气工程等相关专业。 Major in Mechanical and electrical engineering.
